Rhema International Faith Ministries (RIFM) -RIFM is a subsidiary of Rhema University.

(RU), established 2001. The vision is to preach the gospel to nations, hold miracle crusades, works of provision (food, education, clothing) and conduct leadership conferences. Our slogan is, “Let us together reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.”

RIFM was awarded the Global Impact Award in December of 2024.

Primarily, the organization is formed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. To have and exercise rights conferred on nonprofit corporations under the laws of Florida. The organization is a 501 (c)(3) organization.

Our mission is to instruct and improve the lives of U.S. Veterans and other vulnerable populations by ensuring the physical, spiritual and emotional needs are met through various programs. Once enrolled, program participants will begin the process of transforming pain into passion. Additionally, they will become self-sufficient and emotionally intelligent upon graduation. Finally, U.S. Veterans will receive a stipend, gift cards, childcare, transportation, free-of-charge counseling, all fees and tuitions are paid for by RIFM.

Mind Camp by Dr. Roger Richardson- This program is training for the brain. The workbook titled, Keys to Inspired Growth, ($25) free of charge for pp, would be used in conjunction with teachings. Program participants will learn how to defeat the internal negative thoughts and develop a thought pattern that uncovers hidden potential and transformative perspectives.

The participant would then learn to set goals by eliminating distractions, remain focus and limit failures. Then, he/she would re-learn how to love themselves and build self-value. The next phase of the lesson would be to Identify one’s purpose in life and embrace destiny. Upon completion, PP, will be inspired to have their dreams become a reality. The program is for two weeks, 40 hours.

PTSD Counseling- Individuals will participate in a 12-session psychotherapy for PTSD. The program teaches people how to evaluate and change the upsetting thoughts they have had since the trauma happened. This method will assist in changing the mindset and can lead to regulating one’s emotions. Overall, this program helps individuals face the painful event, which allows the person to deal with the root of a behavior problem, not just the negative emotion (fruit).

*All program participants will receive a free laptop, with internet connection installed. A stipend of $50/ free childcare is provided to Program participants for the Mind Camp and PTSD counseling. Transportation to and from each session will also be provided.

Class ‘D’ and ‘G’ Security Officer-Veterans that want to apply for Armed Security Officer positions need to first apply for the class ‘D’ license with a state approved provider. The initial license fee for veterans, as defined in S.1.01 shall be waived if he/she applies for a license within 24 months after being discharged from any branch of the United States Armed Forces. Otherwise, the fee to apply is $97, which includes the fingerprint processing fee. The class ‘G’ license will require 28 hours of mandatory, self-corresponding courses. Rhema International Faith Ministries (RIFM) will pay the total cost of $280 to complete the mandatory coursework. The organization will provide a weekly stipend ($50) for program participation and gift cards as incentives to attend. Veterans to complete the class ‘G’ coursework. RIFM will also provide the fees, and course cost. Finally, once a Veteran completes the necessary coursework, our Employment Specialist will assist in job placement within the network of RIFM. Annuity Sales AgentRhema University is approved by the Bureau of Licensing, Florida Department of Financial Services to offer all finance, pre-licensing and continuing education courses (School ID: 2540948). RU currently offers live and corresponding courses for license type, 214 Life Including Variable Annuity. This course is for 6 weeks, 120 hours (pending GI bill approval) $289 course cost. Full and partial scholarships available. The organization will provide a weekly stipend ($50) for program participation and gift cards as incentives to attend. Enrollees that complete the program will then take the State Licensing exam and apply to become a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. RIFM will also provide the fees, and course cost. Ordained Minister (OM)- An Ordained Minister tends to be permanent clergy. Depending on the denomination, ordination permits the minister to perform certain church rites. For example, an OM can perform baptisms, weddings and funerals. The requirements to become an Ordained Minister is to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling, Ministry or Theology. The degree (self-corresponding) from Rhema University is for 4 years, 128 credit hours (pending GI bill approval) $12,000 in tuition cost. Full and partial

scholarships available. On the other hand, Individuals that have verified ministerial experience can be exempt from the formal educational requirements. However, the prospective candidate would need to complete (3) courses from the School of Ministry. Each course is for 6 weeks, for a total of 18 weeks, 360 hours. $1,285 (pending GI bill approval). Upon completion of coursework, RIFM will provide a Certificate of Ordination. $200 cost (free of charge). Full and partial scholarships available. The organization will provide a weekly stipend ($50) for program participation, and gift cards as incentives to attend. Finally, once a Veteran completes the necessary coursework, our Employment Specialist will assist in job placement within the network of RIFM. Chaplain– A religious leader, often clergy, who provides spiritual care and support to individuals in secular settings like hospitals, prisons, the military, or schools, regardless of their religious background. Rhema University’s Chaplaincy Training program is designed to train individuals for specific situations and environments. Upon graduation, program participants will have the professional ability required in meeting the demands. RU offers a comprehensive correspondence program which gives individuals the flexibility to work at their own pace. The RU Chaplaincy program consist of three sections that are essential to effective training, which are the following: Pastoral Care, Counseling and Crisis Management. The program should be completed in 8 weeks, 100 hours. $2,000 in course fees. (pending GI bill approval). RU will also provide a Chaplaincy badge $150. Full and partial scholarships available. The organization will provide a weekly stipend ($50) for program participation, and gift cards as incentives to attend. Finally, once a Veteran completes the necessary coursework, our Employment Specialist will assist in job placement within the network of RIFM. Rhema International Faith Ministries started with a vision to have a global impact on the world. Since 2001, RIFM has had the vision to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. While that remains the focus, we now are on a mission to assist Veterans and other marginalized populations with reintegrating back into society. One method to assist is through our Mind Camp and Job Training programs.  Mind Camp is a program that invokes changes in the hearts and minds of the marginalized community. Upon graduation from Mind Camp, the program participant is assigned a Case Manager that assesses his/her career path. RIFM has a network of businesses and nonprofit organizations for job placement. The menu of career choices stems from the following: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, Armed Security Officer, Finance Manager, HVAC Technician, Electrician, Ordained Minister, Chaplain, and Permanent Clergy in churches, hospitals, schools and the military.
